Do not whine about the workouts or stretching. Our coaches work hard to program for you and understand that some movements might be disliked more than others. You will probably do them anyway so we don't want to hear it. While they might feel like hell during, they will certainly improve your form and overall fitness later. Isn't that why we're all here?

We at crossfit epiphany work to keep a safe and comfortable environment for all who come through our doors to work hard and dedicate themselves to a new and beneficial lifestyle. Every athlete should be treated with respect and dignity. No hate speech or discriminatory acts will be tolerated from any members or coaches. We have a zero tolerance for harassment or discrimination on the basis of race, religion, sex/gender, age, sexual orientation, etc. We are personally committed to enforcing this policy. We reserve the right to discontinue anyone's membership status at our gym if we feel you're not complying with this rule. I also expect every athlete to live our values: implicit trust and support for your fellow athletes, mutual respect for each others beliefs and backgrounds, and unity of purpose and effort. These principles are essential to our success as a crossfit gym and a community.
